Allright, so I have to admit that Tim is right, the older Lilly gets, the more of ME I can see in her. Because Tim never played outside barefoot, let alone got covered in mud from head to toe! But, they had a blast I have to say! Lilly discovered this mud puddle in our back yard and she had to encourage her adorable little cousin Isis to join her! (Isis is my brother Jesse's daughter)

At first, as you can see from the look on Isis's face, she was a little hesitant. But after she got over the trauma of having the mud poured on her sleeve from the neighbor's (in the red shirt) Hug bottle, she was really quite willing to join in on the fun! Hannah, on the other hand, had to run in and wash her feet off when she got too close to Lilly.

When I discovered what was going on, I had to run in and get the camera. A few minutes later, I peeked out again and saw Lilly bending over (the last picture) and had to take another picture through the window! I literally had to spray Lilly off
before I put her into the bathtub.

Anyway, lots of fun. I have distinct great memories of playing in the mud when I was little, so I have no intentions of prohibiting my own children from the idea!

Good for you thats awesome. I'm just now starting not to freak out when Sebastian does something that might get him dirty.
It's easier to just let them get dirty and have fun!!!! That way we are both in our own little peice of heaven...
You are a cool Mom. The kids are all so cute. I would love to see some pics of Jenny's kiddos. It has been a long time, and I have never seen her new baby. How are your Mom and Dad? Tell them I said Hi!
Love those pictures they are so cute. I would not have enjoyed cleaning them though. What fun.
