Yumm-O

Isn't that what Rachael Ray says? Anyway, this is not a 30 minute meal, but it sure was delicious! It was so pretty I had to take a picture of it and I thought I would share the recipe.
It's from a Taste of Home Annual Recipes book. I did some things a little differently so I will put those in parenthesis.

Chicken Biscuit Bake
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 to 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 c. cubes cooked chicken
3 c. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 med onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tubes (12 oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (I mixed up 2 batches of Bisquick)
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt (I didn't have any celery seed-only celery salt-so I replaced the salt with celery salt and forgot about the celery seed)
Combine the soup, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce, Stir in chicken, broccoli and onion. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 375o F for 20 minutes. Separate biscuits; cut each in half. Arrange, cut side down, over hot chicken mixture. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over biscuits. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes longer or until golden brown. Yield: 6-8 servings.

That looks real "yummo"! You know I am always looking for new recipes so I will have to try this one out. Of course I can't let Gene see what the recipe calls for...I swear he's just like a kid when it comes to trying new foods!
